Caitlin Tubbs Wilson was born and raised outside of Tuscaloosa County in Moundville, Alabama. A 2012 graduate of The University of Alabama, Caitlin has been a REALTOR® in Tuscaloosa and its surrounding areas since 2014. Caitlin started her career in real estate with the Alice Maxwell Team where she worked as a buyer’s agent for 3 years. During that time Caitlin developed unmatched skills in representing buyers, and has since earned nationally recognized buyer specific designations like the Accredited Buyer Representative. In 2016 she decided it was time to branch out on her own where she could put her skills to work on a broader spectrum that included representing sellers as well as buyers. She joined Hamner Real Estate, LLC where she has been able to help hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes.

During her time in the industry Caitlin has consistently been a top producing agent in the West Alabama marketplace and has earned the reputation of being the agent who truly works tirelessly for her clients - she does not believe in limiting herself to just 8 AM – 5 PM. Caitlin is well known for making herself available to her clients on days, nights, weekends, and even holidays to ensure her clients get the very best service. In addition to making her clients her top priority, Caitlin is well known among her clients and colleagues as being a closer. When you want your real estate transaction to go smoothly and make it to the closing table, Caitlin is who you want in your corner.

In order to fully represent her clients, Caitlin knows she not only must make them her top priority but understands it is crucial to continue educating herself on the ever changing real estate industry. Because of that mentality and work ethic, in 2018 Caitlin was awarded the Arthur B. Pope Education Achievement Award from both the local Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors as well as the State of Alabama Association of Realtors. The Arthur B. Pope award is annually awarded to the sole REALTOR® with the most contribution to and participation in education programs and educational activities in the world of real estate. In 2020 the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors awarded Caitlin the Cooperative Spirit Award, given to only one agent annually who is recognized among peers as an agent easy to work with and helpful to other agents in the industry. 

In addition to being a full-time real estate agent, Caitlin is a graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa with The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama, United Way of West Alabama donor, a board member of Caring Days Adult Daycare, and was elected to be one of the West Alabama MLS board of directors. She also loves interior decorating and is considered by herself and to others to be a car enthusiast. When she isn’t working tirelessly for her clients, she can be found cruising around town in her pink 1963 Thunderbird affectionately referred to as Veronica or attending classic car shows around the southeast.
